Junior Lawyer Full-time Job

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team in Kyiv. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging and diverse projects, gain valuable experience, and develop your legal skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our senior lawyers, conducting legal research, and assisting with the preparation of legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and analysis

Drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs

Assisting with the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda

Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and contracts

Providing legal support to senior lawyers on various projects

Assisting with the preparation of court filings and other legal documents

Maintaining and organizing legal files and documents

Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

Attending court hearings and meetings as needed

Requirements:

Law degree from a recognized university

Strong academic record

Excellent research and writing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
