We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Corporate Administrator to join a dynamic regulatory compliance team. You’ll be joining a dedicated Back Office Regulatory Compliance Services team that supports complex fund structures and delivers award-winning services.Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting corporate governance processes. Your duties will include:Administering Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act filings and conducting due diligence reviews.Preparing and tracking Annual Economic Substance filings.Managing Annual Return preparation and submission.Coordinating internal communications for client onboarding and offboarding.Reviewing service-specific agreements periodically.Monitoring and updating internal controls and reporting mechanisms.Staying informed on legislative and regulatory developments in the Cayman Islands.Providing training to team members on fund-related policies and procedures.Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
