Junior Civil / Structural Engineer Full-time Job

This is a hands-on role that reports to the Senior Civil/Structural Engineer and supports the design and coordination of structural systems across hotel, commercial, and residential projects alongside other engineering disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with structural design and drafting of foundation, slab, beam and column systems using Revit and AutoCAD.Support project coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Participate in site visits, design reviews, and project meetings.Stay current with industry codes, technologies, and best practices through supported professional development.Contribute to administrative tasks like timesheets, invoicing, and document management.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or expected completion soon).A strong interest in building systems and sustainable design.Familiarity with (or willingness to learn!) design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel (experience with structural analysis programs is a plus).Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment.Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.Why Join Us?Work alongside experienced engineers on impactful, real-world projects.Gain exposure to a wide range of disciplines and industries.Supportive environment focused on mentorship and professional growth.Competitive salary, flexible work culture, and the chance to shape the future of engineering in Bermuda.Interested?We’d love to hear from you.
