IT System Admin Full-time Job

Our client, a leading multinational organization in the beverage industry, is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join their IT team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple European locations. As a System Administrator, you will manage the IT infrastructure, optimize technological capabilities, and support the company's growth through implementation of effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and workstations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Oversee the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

• Security and Compliance: Develop and implement security measures to protect IT systems and data. Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards. Regularly conduct audits and updates to maintain system security.

• System Optimization and Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime. Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.

• Cost Optimization: Ensure cost-effective management of IT resources, including user licenses, hardware, and software maintenance.

• Collaboration and Project Participation: Work closely with project teams, providing IT support and expertise to drive successful project outcomes. Foster effective communication and collaboration among IT staff and other departments.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in a multinational company.

• Proven expertise in the office 365 environment, server management, and IT security practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
