IT Support Specialist Full-time Job

Acacia Solutions is seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients in Khartoum. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing user training. Responsibilities include: Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and configuring computer systems. Providing user training. Maintaining IT documentation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in computer science or a related field. At least two years of experience in IT support. Strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with networking and server administration is a plus.
