IT ERP Functional Specialist Full-time Job

Your responsibilities as an IT ERP Functional Specialist:

Analyze business requirements for Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory, and other SCM modules and translate them into functional specifications aligned with Oracle Unified Method (OUM);

Participate in weekly meetings with the Line Manager to report on module status and discuss priorities;

Provide functional support and training to ERP end-users;

Prepare solution design and guide users through implementation and support phases;

Analyze and resolve business users’ issues related to procurement, sourcing, inventory, and supply chain processes;

Configure and test ERP Procurement and SCM modules;

Evaluate users’ business needs and objectives and apply them to procurement and supply chain solutions;

Conduct testing and resolve issues to optimize system performance.

Position requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Applied Mathematics, or Information Technology;

Knowledge and experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, requisition and purchase order processing, RFQ/RFP management, inventory, and warehouse operations;

Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (OTBI & BI Publisher);

Experience in ERP Procurement or SCM systems implementation and/or support;

Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement / SCM Cloud (or Oracle EBS Procurement & Inventory) desirable;

Experience with functional analysis and solution design desirable;

Certifications in Oracle Fusion Procurement / SCM are an advantage;

Azerbaijani and English fluent, Russian preferable.
