Job SummaryThe overall role of IT Business Partner is to be the strategic interface between ICT and the other business units within One More Limited related to business technology development, business requirement analysis and their respective IT solutions, ICT service management, and ICT risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Manager, ICT, to monitor the progress of ICT ProjectsUnderstand the pain points of related functions and business units, requirements and expectations as these relate to technology and ICT service offeringsPerform business analysis and translate business requirement to ICT requirement to ensure the developed solution fully support business operationIdentify, review and evaluate the opportunities for new solutions to address business needsUtilize the appropriate technologies to ensure that the solutions are suitable to the business requirementCollaborate with the other ICT sub-function such as ERP, Application Development, and IT Infrastructure to ensure that IT solutions are compatible with the company standardCollaborate with management to develop annual budgets for ICT for respective business unitsDocument all IT project requirements to ensure IT project continuityOther tasks assigned by function managerSuccess FactorsRequire good understanding of business processes and operationsExperience in handling IT Project within short timeframeRequire strong interpersonal skills to deal with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of projectsBe able to adapt to the rapid changes of technology and utilize latest technology to support business operation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business-related fieldMaster’s Degree (MBA, MIS, or related) preferred.Experiences: 5 years of experience in IT field with at least 2 years of experience related to IT System AnalysisProven experience in IT Project ManagementSkills and Knowledge: Knowledge in Agile Project Management, DevOps, CI/CD, ScrumsKnowledge in Business Process and System Analysis Design SkillsGood knowledge and experience on Java (Spring boot, Spring Cloud, JPA), Database (SQL Server, MySQL, PostGre)In-dept knowledge on Flutter, React Native, React JS, Typescript, and UI ToolkitsProven ability to drive, develop, and document projects requirement to ensure that the IT projects are able to support business strategiesStrong business acumen including a good sense of how the automation of different business processes and B.I. tools can be utilized to improve business efficiency and the bottom line with the organization.Good command of EnglishPublished on: November 3, 2025Expired OnJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Phnom PenhApply for this positionUpload CV/ResumeJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Phnom PenhApply for this positionFull Name *Email *Phone *Cover Letter *Upload CV/Resume *Allowed Type(s): .pdf, .doc, .docxBy using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website. *
