Requirements managementGather, analyze, and validate requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.Review and refine client feature requests, transforming them into actionable specifications for the development team.Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and align them with product capabilities.2. Solution designIdentify potential risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities for proposed solutions.Prepare detailed technical specifications for service provider integrations — including reviewing API documentation and defining data flows.Contribute to the design of scalable and maintainable solutions that support the product roadmap.3.

Collaboration with the development teamWork closely with the SCRUM team, ensuring clear communication between business and technical sides.Translate business requirements into structured development tasks and user stories.Support developers and designers with clear documentation, process diagrams (UML, BPMN), and wireframes.4.
