E-CLINIQ is the international brand of 3AGE, a healthtech startup developing AI-assisted telehealth micro-clinics for workplaces, campuses and public spaces. Our hybrid model combines a physical micro-clinic pod (vital signs, rapid tests, guided intake) with a secure telehealth platform and decision-support engine for physicians.We have reached TRL 7 in our home markets and are now preparing to scale internationally.We are looking for senior healthcare executives to join us as Country Partners for Türkiye, Finland and the Netherlands, under an equity / vesting-based partnership model (not a salaried position).What you will doCo-shape the E-CLINIQ country strategy in your marketLead business development and fundraising (angels, VCs, corporate funds, public support schemes) together with the global 3AGE teamBuild partnerships with hospitals, clinic groups, insurers and large employers for pilots and scale-upCoordinate local go-to-market and expansion projects (micro-clinic deployments, service design, commercial contracts)Support regulatory and reimbursement navigation in your countryBring structured market and clinical feedback into our product roadmapWho you areFormer or current C-level / senior executive in healthcare (e.g. CEO, COO, CMO, Hospital Director, Head of Occupational Health, Insurance/Health Services Director, etc.)Strong network in your local healthcare ecosystem (providers, insurers, regulators, large employers, investors)Hands-on experience in at least one of:Digital health / telehealthPrimary care or occupational healthHealth insurance or corporate health servicesComfortable working in a startup environment, sharing risk and upside via equity / vesting, not a fixed salaryFluent in English; local language is a strong plusWhat we offerA transparent equity / vesting partnership model with clear milestones and upsideA mature core product (TRL 7) backed by strong clinical and engineering teamsAbility to work fully remote, with frequent online collaboration across countriesThe opportunity to become a founding country partner of a scalable telehealth brand across Europe and beyondIf you want to help build fair, accessible and technology enabled first contact healthcare, wed be happy to talk.
