Investment Analyst, Associate, Investment Manager Full-time Job

My team is currently cooperating with a few International Private Equity Funds funds in the Netherlands and they are currently looking for Invetsment Analyst / Associate / VP level profiles to join their teams.Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in the Netherlands, with a focus on Small or middle-market companies.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.Portfolio Management: Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in the European private equity market.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.Fluent English and preferred fluent Dutch.
