组织氛围与员工体验
通过调研访谈和氛围调查识别文化痛点和改善空间定期输出组织文化诊断报告
推动跨部门协作与沟通机制增强员工归属感和认同感
管理者赋能与文化落地
制定文化相关的培训课程与手册帮助管理者在日常管理中践行文化价值观
将文化理念融入招聘绩效晋升激励等核心 HR 管理流程
外部标杆与品牌建设
跟踪业内企业文化建设趋势和标杆案例输出创新实践建议

任职要求
学历背景本科及以上学历人力资源心理学传播学管理学等相关专业优先
经验要求
5年以上组织发展企业文化HRBP 或内外部沟通相关经验
有中大型企业文化建设项目经验者优先
