*Job Role:* Instructor/IT Support Officer

*Qualification:* Minimum of OND or its equivalent

*Applicant Preferred Location:* Alakuko/Alagbado/Abule-egba/Iyana-ipaja

*Job Responsibilities:*
- Provide software support services to our clients
- Provide training in the use of our software
- Gather customers feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Will be deplore to teach coding in schools we are partners
- Coding classes will be based on our layout curriculum and books
- Will be responsible to review some projects and detect errors for corrections

*Experiences:*
- 1 year of experience in IT support or instructor roles.
- Knowledge of programming languages is an added advantage
- The customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer satisfactions and provide necessary support that will help in building confidence of our digital products
