Duties & Responsibilities: • Handle ICT Helpdesk Support tasks • Follow our standard installation and configuration practices, install and configure: – Operating systems (MS Windows and Linux), patches, tools and utilities – Oracle, MS SQL, and SAP ASE databases – Application servers. • R&D: Explore new technologies and trends in the database field • Events log monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other escalated service requests • Ensure that the applicable ICT policies and procedures are maintained through controls and checks. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 4 years of relevant experience in advanced Helpdesk activities • Demonstrated skills in servicing, and learning the latest trends in Information Technology • Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerBI and other productivity tools • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities • Proven writing and communication skills • Good analysis and troubleshooting skills • Self-motivated with exhibited ability to work independently and also as part of a team • Fluent in English
