Role and Responsibilities:
Assist the HR director in running full scope of HR operations on the company and in meeting objectives assigned, as well as targets, for the department to support operations of the company.
Assistance in workforce acquisition involves performing work on creating of recruitment strategies and working for finding, qualifying, assessing, and selection of applicants based on hiring policy with the overall responsibility to reduce employee turnovers and improve quality recruits.
The incumbent participates in on boarding for both newcomers and employees already placed by means of new orientation programmers for introducing companies with work ethics, guidelines, and also workplace requirements so employees settle faster and more effective to take job assignment that boosts productivity.

Role specification:
