We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Sudan and take responsibility for developing, implementing and managing HSE plans, policies, and procedures at the site. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the project HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) strategy and programs in line with company policies and regulatory requirements Conduct site safety inspections, hazard analysis, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Conduct HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors Prepare HSE reports and presentations to project stakeholders Drive a proactive safety culture, promoting employee involvement and participation in HSE programs Collaborate with other project teams and subcontractors to ensure consistent HSE practices Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and local communities, managing any environmental or safety concerns Job Specifications Significant professional experience as HSE Manager Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Knowledge of safety and environmental hazards Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safe work practices Knowledge of behavioral based safety systems Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Good level of English required.
