This is how:What You´ll Do Coordinate the distribution of the fleet, coordinate and manage the drivers, train and support the company drivers Support the executive staff in personal tasks Ensure technical operational security of company vehicles, coordinate expert and service appointments Support cost allocation for relevant services Support Facility Operations: Handle facility tasks including maintenanceSituated on reception, execution of entrance tasks and administrationAssist in monitoring supplier performance; manage inventory Provide business and administrative support to the Infrastructure Manage building access systems, physical security Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, IFM service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
