Leadership & StructureBuild and lead the controlling function across all entitiesDefine controlling governance: reporting standards, planning calendar, templates, and consolidation processesMentor and develop team members2. FP&A, Reporting & ConsolidationOwn monthly management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and in-depth financial analysisLead budgeting, forecasting (incl. rolling forecasts), and long-term planningConsolidate financials for all legal entities and ensure accuracy and consistency in group resultsAnalyze variances, profitability, cost structures, cash flow, and commercial performance trends3. Business PartneringPartner with Product, Sales, Operations, and Technology to support financial decision-makingSet up unit economics, customer profitability, and product P&L models (AI, CCaaS, services, etc.)Drive pipeline-to-revenue alignment in cooperation with Sales leadership4. Intercompany Processes & Accounting AlignmentStandardize intercompany processes and ensure alignment with local accounting teamsSupport IFRS alignment efforts (revenue recognition, capitalisation rules, contract cost treatment, etc.) in coordination with the CFO and Group FinanceEnsure clarity and consistency in accruals, revenue normalizations, and cross-charging between entities5. Tools, Systems & Process OptimizationImplement best-practice controlling tools, dashboards, and workflow automationImprove data quality and standardize chart of accounts, cost centres, and P&L structure across the groupIntroduce scalable processes for a multi-entity, multi-product organisationRequirements:At least 5 years of work experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial leadership roles, ideally within tech, SaaS, or international organisationsHigher education level degree in Economics, Business and FinanceStrong experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reportingSolid understanding of IFRS principles especially revenue recognition and contract accountingAdvanced English knowledge (C1 level)Experience working in multi-entity structures across multiple countriesExcellent Excel/FP&A tooling proficiency; strong analytical and modelling skills
