HR Payroll Officer Full-time Job

Als HR Payroll Officer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met loonverwerking en personeelsadministratie. Je maakt deel uit van onze HR-afdeling en ondersteunt zowel je collega’s als de verschillende afdelingen in de organisatie. Daarbij werk je steeds vanuit integriteit, zorgvuldigheid en transparantie, met respect voor de geldende sociale en juridische regelgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Maandelijkse loonverwerking in het payroll-systeem

Beheer van personeelsdossiers (contracten, persoonlijke gegevens, looninfo, sociale documenten, evaluaties, enz.)

Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met HR- of payroll-gerelateerde vragen (bv. thematisch verlof)

Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, bijlagen en sociale documenten

Verzuimopvolging en rapportering

Adviseren over sociaal-juridische vragen en correcte toepassing van regelgeving

Ondersteunen bij instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers

Beheer wagenpark en opvolging van HR- en bedrijfsdoelstellingen

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Manager en werkt nauw samen met je collega HR Officer.

Jouw profiel

Bachelor Human Resources of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Ervaring met payroll en loonverwerking (kennis van eBlox is een plus)

Sterk administratief en organisatorisch talent, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd

Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en gevorderd Engels

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, kan goed zelfstandig werken en hebt oog voor detail
