Our partner, a key player in the industry, is seeking a talented HR Officer to join their Belgian branch, part of a leading European group focused on innovation, technology, and digital transformation.

As the HR Officer, you will play a vital role, directly reporting to the HR Manager, and becoming the go-to expert for all HR-related matters across the Belgian office.

In this 360° HR position, you will be the cornerstone for HR support and guidance, serving both managers and employees across various Business Units. You will manage the full spectrum of HR processes, from hard HR tasks to soft HR projects, all aligned with the group’s overarching strategy.

HR Officer | Function

Payroll & Com&Ben: Oversee payroll and manage extra-legal benefits for around 50 employees in collaboration with the social secretariat.

People Management: Handle all aspects of personnel management, from administrative duties to internal communications.

Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.

Event organisation such as Job Fairs

HR Officer | Profile

A degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) with at least 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or as Talent Acquisition Officer / Recruiter

Strong communication skills, fluency in French and Dutch.

You are flexible, discreet, detail-oriented, and conscientious, making you the perfect HR contact person.
