Start YOUR career with DHL today:We are looking for a Head of HR Israel in Tel Aviv.How will you contribute to the success of DHL?In your role, you will:Provide input into cluster HR strategy and initiatives aligned to the business strategy and goalsImplement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talentSupport business growth or transformation agenda and building organizational capabilityLead and deliver key HR activities both through own teams or centres of expertise and provide HR service portfolio to defined organizationEnsure process improvement and modify/adapt HR processes to better suit the needsDevelop and implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practicesAct as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with the management teamMonitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectivenessAnticipate, identify, and resolve risks or issues to lead successful deployment of HR strategyDo you have what it takes?Essential:Bachelor's DegreeLanguage: English and Hebrew are requiredExperience more than 8 years in Human Resources Leadership rolePrevious experience partnering with the business at a senior management & executive level in a complex environment e.g., multi country/customersTeam leadership – small size teamPrior budget management experienceProven experience of leading deployment of complex organizational change projectsPersonal:Proficiency in HR ProcessesCoaching techniques and facilitation skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsEmployment/Labor Law knowledgeBusiness Acumen (HR)Change management and organizational design skillsDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
