Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner based in Perth, WA. The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with different departments to deliver strategic human resource solutions that align with the organizations goals. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on HR policies and practices, managing workforce planning and talent acquisition, implementing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role requires fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational change initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR strategy development.Skills in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution.Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Project management and problem-solving abilities with a focus on organizational change and continuous improvement.Proficiency in HR systems, tools, and reporting methods.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.Prior experience in a local government or public sector organization is an advantage.
