Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Hostess at CABO BEACH located in Cape Town. The Hostess will be responsible for managing welcoming guests, reservations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining guest enquiries, and utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced beach restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills

• Reservations and Customer Service skills

• Experience in a customer-facing role

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent
