We provide customers with financial and business advice and work with them as a trusted partner to create value for their business.We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong Branch.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specificationsDevelop, review and post job descriptions on various recruitment platformsSource candidates through database, job boards, approved social media, and employee referralsScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct interviews and coordinate interview process with hiring managersCollaborate with HRBPs to obtain hiring approvals from Head Office including the preparation of recruitment memos and documentsManage candidate communications and ensure a positive hiring experienceAssist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketingEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment processSupport onboarding and orientation of new hiresTrack recruitment metrics and provide regular report to update hiring status against KPIHandle HR projects as assignedRequirements:Minimum 5 years experience working as in-house banking recruiter or agency consultant within the FI sectorBachelor's degree in business, finance or related disciplinesStrong stakeholder and candidate management skills and ability to negotiate and influence hiring decision makersA confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal styleAbility to think out of the box and drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends and changing job marketPrior experience in recruiting for both banking front office and back office roles is an added advantageDemonstrated success in managing high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectivelyWe offer excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
