We are The Call Center Doctors. Since 2021, we’ve built and run 100+ outbound call centers across roofing, solar, and beyond. Today, over 1,000 representatives dial daily in centers we’ve designed. We operate on character, integrity, and accountability—ego has no place on the line.

What You’ll Do

Hire 100+ call center agents per week across Roofing, Solar, and BPO verticals

Source, screen, and deliver 5+ qualified candidates per day

Build and manage a LATAM pipeline of elite sales and cold-calling talent

Own the full recruiting cycle: sourcing → screening → onboarding handoff

Leverage job boards, referrals, social networks, and creative channels to find top talent

Collaborate with onboarding to ensure agents are ready on Day 1

Track metrics, optimize pipeline, and consistently exceed targets

Must-Haves

Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (BPO, call center, or sales preferred)

Fluent English (Spanish a big plus)

Strong experience in Booleans search and LinkedIn search.

Independent, resourceful, and results-driven — excuses don’t fly here

Familiarity with LATAM hiring markets (Mexico, Central America)

Bonus: experience with ClickUp, BambooHR.
