What does the job look like?

We’re currently on the lookout for multiple experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join our high-performing team in Marsden Park, Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a permanent day shift role in a clean, organized, and supportive warehouse environment. Key areas:

Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times

High reach forklift operation for picking and replenishment tasks (handling heavy industrial and paint products)

Loading and unloading trucks and trailers

General warehouse duties including pick packing, staging orders, and maintaining a tidy workspace

Tracking freight movements via SAP and online booking portals

Thriving in a fast-paced, team environment

Hold a valid LF forklift license with solid High Reach experience

Loading and unloading freight with confidence

Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms

Very safety conscious and be able to adhere to company policies and procedures

Access to reliable transport

Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking

A team player with a can-do attitude
