Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven Headhunter – Investment Banking to join our team on a 4-day work week. In this role, you will manage the full executive search lifecycle, drive talent acquisition strategies for high-calibre finance professionals, and build strong, long-term relationships with senior clients in the investment banking and financial services sectors.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance, enjoys networking at a high level, and wants to build a career in executive search within a dynamic and rewarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Managing Directors, Partners, and senior stakeholders at investment banks and financial institutions. Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.Candidate SourcingIdentify and approach high-performing candidates across M&A, ECM, DCM, LevFin, FIG, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and other IB verticals.
Use headhunting techniques including direct sourcing, market mapping, competitor analysis, and discreet outreach.Assessment & InterviewingConduct structured interviews and competency assessments to evaluate technical skills, deal experience, and cultural fit.Business DevelopmentProactively identify new opportunities within the investment banking and private markets ecosystem. Expand the firm’s client network through targeted research, strategic outreach, and industry intelligence.Market IntelligenceStay informed on market developments, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and deal activity within the financial services landscape.Team CollaborationWork closely with colleagues and management to drive delivery excellence, share insights, and achieve team targets.RequirementsLanguages: Fluent in English is essential.Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment, sales, headhunting, or financial services.
