You’ll play a key leadership role within our global Payment Operations group, directly managing senior function leads and indirectly overseeing over 100+ professionals.This role is perfect for someone with deep knowledge of European payment systems, SWIFT, and a passion for automation, compliance, and operational scalability. You’ll work alongside Product, Engineering, Treasury, and other critical stakeholders to ensure we deliver seamless payment services to customers across Europe and the world.What You’ll DoLead and grow high-performing payment operations teamsEnsure compliance and SLA excellence across multiple currencies and schemesDrive change through AI, automation, and process transformationPartner cross-functionally to scale our payments infrastructureQualificationsMust-Have:7+ years total in payments or ops leadership roles in a Global environment5+ years managing leaders of teamsDomain knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, UK payment schemesExperience scaling ops orgs via automation and AIStrong compliance and risk management awarenessBackground in financial services (FinTech, PSPs, banks)Excellent cross-functional stakeholder communicationNice-to-HaveProduct background or experience launching payment productsAI/ML or automation tools experience in opsTechnical understanding of APIs or system architectureLed international teams or expansion projectsAdditional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
