Plexus have teamed up with a leading Decentralized Exchange. Focusing on cross-chain trades, who are looking to bring on a new Head of Product to lead and drive product development within their platform.
Role:
- Roadmap and Product strategy for company
- Introduction of new features and functionality for the current platform
- Product development and Product team workflow management
- Lead hiring strategy and grow out the current product team
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of DeFi
- Proven success in launching new projects as a Head of Product within a Web3 company
- Technical Background or Technical PM experience
- Web3 native
