About the role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of Openprovider, our sister brands, Procys and Sevv, as well as new business concepts. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends growth marketing, brand strategy, and AI-powered marketing operations to accelerate our global expansion in the B2B space.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Build, plan, and execute the overall marketing strategy across multiple brands and regions in line with our established Marketing Made Simple methodology.
Define and implement a growth marketing strategy focused on qualified lead generation and conversion optimization.
Lead cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
Develop and track marketing OKRs aligned with company-wide goals.
AI-Driven Marketing Operations
Create and manage an AI-integrated marketing operations system to improve efficiency and time-to-market.
Implement automation and AI tools to boost campaign performance and content delivery by 30% within 12 months.
Continuously optimize workflows for lead acquisition, campaign execution, and reporting.
Demand Generation & Lead Management
Design and execute lead acquisition workflows for every GTM channel (online & offline).
Build and monitor paid acquisition campaigns to meet CAC targets.
Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for priority segments.
Oversee SEO and content strategy to drive organic growth and authority.
Brand & Content Management
Lead content strategy and delivery across multiple channels.
Ensure a consistent and impactful brand tone of voice.
Oversee brand identity, messaging, and social presence.
Build brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy programs.
Data, Analytics & Martech
Own and optimize HubSpot for marketing workflows and reporting.
Lead on Google Analytics 4 and website performance measurement.
Manage the MarTech stack to ensure accurate, actionable reporting.
Define, measure, and communicate marketing ROI and KPIs.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align strategies for growth and retention.
Provide internal teams with brand guidance, campaign assets, and best practices.
Partner with the CCM on budget forecasting and management.
Team Leadership
Lead and coach a growing team of 9 marketing professionals across multiple disciplines and cultures.
Foster an autonomous, accountable, and motivated team culture.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of top marketing talent.
What we are looking for
Languages
Fluent English (required)
Dutch or Spanish (preferred)
Education
BSc or MSc in Marketing or a related field
Experience
7+ years in a Head of Marketing or equivalent leadership role
Proven B2B marketing experience
Multi-country marketing experience
Global exposure
SaaS / Tech sector background
Proven success in
Driving measurable growth across multiple products or companies
Marketing automation (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Brand management and digital demand generation
SEO and content strategy with clear ROI
ABM and lifecycle marketing
Martech stack ownership (HubSpot, GA4, automation tools)
