Head of Legal (Renewable Energy Sector) Full-time Job

UFuture is looking for a Head of Legal to join our team in the Renewable Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background in renewable energy projects, with experience in project finance, M&A, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and advice on all aspects of renewable energy projects, including project finance, M&A, and regulatory compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to renewable energy projects.

Advise on environmental and land use issues related to renewable energy projects.

Manage legal due diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.

Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with regulatory authorities.

Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to renewable energy.

Provide legal training and guidance to other members of the team.

Qualifications:

Law degree from an accredited university.

Admitted to practice law in Ukraine.

Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law in the renewable energy sector.

Strong knowledge of project finance, M&A, and regulatory compliance in the renewable energy sector.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
