The company invites to join their team asHead of IT Department, responsible for creating and implementing IT strategies, ensuring cybersecurity and efficiently managing the team.

Job description:

• Develop and implement IT strategies to achieve the company's objectives;

• Manage the IT department budget and ensure effective resource allocation;

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure;

• Coordinate IT projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion;

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and continuous threat monitoring, including future NIS2 requirements;

• Lead the IT team, including recruitment, training, development and evaluation of employees;

• Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and find suitable solutions;

• Monitor the latest technology trends and implement innovations to enhance healthcare institution operations.

Requirements:

• Higher education in information technology, computer science, or related field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management;

• Experience in creating and implementing IT strategies;

• Excellent team management skills;

• Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware and software;

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection;

• Curiosity to understand business specifics and requirements;

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
