Head of Finance – Building Supplies (Director Level) Dublin | Permanent | Excellent PackageMy client, a leading building supplies company with a strong market presence, is seeking a Head of Finance (Director Level) to join their leadership team.This is a strategic, commercially focused role where you will play a key part in driving profitability, efficiency, and growth.What you’ll be doing:Lead the finance function with 1 direct and 4 indirect reports.Partner with the leadership team to shape and deliver commercial strategy.Drive improvements in financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.Implement smart, tech-driven solutions to modernise reporting and streamline processes.Provide clear insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.What we’re looking for:Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).Proven track record at senior finance leadership level, ideally in a successful, fast-paced business.Strong commercial acumen – able to see the bigger picture and challenge the status quo.Tech-savvy, with a passion for data, automation, and improving reporting tools.Inspirational leader with experience managing and developing teams.Why join?
