You’ll shape our visual identity, elevate the product experience, and build a brand that feels confident, human, and instantly recognizable.What You’ll DoLead a multidisciplinary design team of Product Designers and Brand Designers, mentoring and supporting them as they grow, and creating an environment where designers can thrive and deliver their best work.Recruit new designers, build a strong team structure, and ensure the team is aligned with the company’s needs.Define and own Guardio’s design vision from product UX/UI to brand identity, while building clear, effective processes and collaborations across the company.Own and evolve our Design System, Brand Book, and creative guidelines, ensuring consistency and scalability across all touch-points.Partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Employee Experience, R&D, and leadership, influencing both product and brand strategy through design thinking and user insights.Stay hands-on when needed - elevating concepts, reviewing work, and ensuring high-quality design execution.Make data-informed decisions, integrating experimentation, KPIs, and user behavior into both product and creative direction.Build a strong, ongoing partnership with leadership - representing design’s vision and needs at the strategic level, while translating business goals clearly back to the team.What We’re Looking For3+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams as a Head/Director of Design.6+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), combined with hands-on experience in brand design and a strong holistic design perspective.Highly proficient in Figma, modern design tools, and AI-powered design workflows.Experience scaling design processes, building Design Systems, and maintaining brand guidelines. A track record of driving initiatives and leading impactful cross-company projects.Excellent communication and influence-driven presentation skills.

You know how to articulate design decisions and move stakeholders forward.Passion for both Product Design and Brand/Marketing Design, and the ability to connect them into one cohesive identity.Experience working with KPIs, user data, and experimentation to guide design direction.
