Head of Department Full-time Job

About the Role

As Head of Production, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of game delivery — from concept to release. You’ll manage production teams, refine processes, and ensure smooth collaboration between art, maths, design, and engineering departments.

You’ll work closely with the CPO and Head of Studio to define strategy, set priorities, and ensure our products hit the market on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Project Managers.

Oversee game production schedules, budgets, and resource planning.

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and delivery speed.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Art, Maths, Audio, and Development teams to align on project goals.

Manage the production roadmap, balancing short-term delivery and long-term studio strategy.

Identify risks and remove bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

Report progress and KPIs to senior leadership.

Champion a culture of collaboration, ownership, and quality.

About You

5+ years’ experience in production or project management within the iGaming or mobile games industry.

Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in a live production environment.

Deep understanding of slot or casino game development pipelines.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.

Passion for games and player experience.
