Head of Compliance – Asset ManagementLocation: LuxembourgOverview An independent asset management firm with a strong European presence is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead its regulatory and AML/CTF framework in Luxembourg. This is a senior role with direct exposure to management, the board, and regulators, offering autonomy to shape the compliance function within a growing business.ResponsibilitiesOversee all compliance and AML/CTF activities for the Luxembourg entity.Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and monitoring programmes.Advise management on regulatory developments and operational impact.Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.Review fund documentation, marketing materials, and distribution agreements.Provide training and promote a strong compliance culture across the business.Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management and the board.RequirementsMinimum 10 years’ experience in compliance within asset management, ManCo, or fund services.Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD frameworks.Confident communicator with regulators and senior leadership.Fluent in English and FrenchStrong analytical, advisory, and leadership skills.
