Role Description We are looking for a full-time Group Operations Manager to join our team in Punta Cana. This is an on-site role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of group events and activities. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, communicating with clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving operational challenges. The role requires a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction at each stage of the process.
