Your responsibilities will include:Support product strategy by translating market insights into actionable requirementsUnderstand online and offline sales models to optimize channel performanceManage product sales operations across the full lifecycleDevelop sales plans covering new product launches, policies, and channel strategiesSet sales targets, balance channel interests, and maintain healthy market orderAnalyze performance trends and manage product sales risksRequirement:Upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained between August 2025 and December 2026;Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken)Strong passion for technology, gadgets, and smartphonesGoal-oriented, persistent, and self-driven, with strong learning abilityLogical and systematic thinker, capable of analyzing complex problemsExcellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departmentsIf you’re passionate about technology and eager to grow, please send your resume with your expected graduation date.Xiaomi is an equal opportunity employer.
