Responsibilities

Execute the company’s global sales plan and achieve regional sales targets.

Identify and develop new overseas B2B channels, including distributors, retailers, e-commerce, and brand partners.

Negotiate and manage sales contracts, ensuring smooth order execution.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide localized sales strategies.

Work with marketing and product teams to plan and execute overseas campaigns, toy fairs, and limited launches.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3–6 years of international B2B sales experience.

Experience in toys, collectibles, IP licensing, or creative consumer products preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills; familiar with distributor management.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Passion for toy culture, art, and pop collectibles.
