In dieser Schlüsselposition stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kunden weltweit einen exzellenten und einheitlichen Service erleben und trägst maßgeblich zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkt- und Servicequalität bei.
Dein Job
- Aufbau und Führung einer internationalen After-Sales-Organisation über alle XAL Marken hinweg
- Sicherstellung einheitlicher Abläufe, Service Level und Berichtsstrukturen über alle Märkte hinweg
- Strategische Steuerung, Ressourcenmanagement, täglicher Support und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung der internationalen Techniker
- Entwicklung und Einführung digitaler Lösungen für Reklamationsmanagement, Connectivity-Themen und strukturierte Datenübermittlung
- Analyse von Felddaten und Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung
- Erfassung und Analyse von Kosten (Stunden, Material, Reisen) sowie monatliches Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement
Die Einstufung dieser Position lässt ein Entgelt ab € 6.000,- brutto/Monat zu. Alle unsere Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen überzeugen durch ihr Know-how, ihr Engagement und auch ihre Persönlichkeit.
