Objetivo:
Garantizar la operatividad continua y óptima de la flota de transporte, así como de las instalaciones y equipos asociados, mediante la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de todas las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y medioambientales, optimizando los costos y tiempos de inactividad
Perfil:
- Ingeniería Mecánica Industrial, Mecatrónica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingenería Logística o afines
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en áreas de mantenimiento dentro del sector de logística y transporte.
- Conocimiento profundo en sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos y neumáticos de vehículos de carga pesada.
- Conocimiento normativa vigente sobre mantenimiento vehicular y transporte
- Familiaridad con Software de gestión de Mantenimiento (CMSS) y gestión de flotas
- Microsoft Office Intermedio
- Liderazgo y Capacidad de Gestión de Equipos
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión
- Excelente habilidad de resolución de problemas
- Capacidad de Organización, planificación y gestión de recursos
- Comunicación Efectiva
