Functional Process Specialist Full-time Job

Join Our Team as a Functional Process Specialist on a 2 year-fixed term contract!Are you a retail superstar ready to make an impact? We're looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our Albany based Support Centre team and play a key role in deploying our Programme ONE solutions across Mitre 10 stores nationwide.You will act as the first level of support for our in-store teams, mentoring them through their deployment life cycle.We have multiple roles available, and we’re especially keen to hear from people with expertise in:Inventory ManagementPurchasingCustomer ServiceThis role involves extensive travel, so flexibility is a must. Reporting to the Deployment Lead, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:Provide first-line support to in-store teams, offering expert process guidance and SAP execution know-howTailor processes to suit individual store needs, aligned with the Mitre 10 Target Operating ModelBuild strong, collaborative relationships with Programme ONE and store teams across the networkWork with the Learning Experience team to shape ongoing training and deepen in-store capability pre- and post-deploymentTo be successful in this role you will have: Proven retail expertise with deep operational insightSAP experience preferred, confident navigating complex systemsClear communicator across all levels - from store teams to senior stakeholdersSkilled in collaboration and workshop facilitationAdvanced Excel skills a plus, especially for data-driven decisionsWhat we offer: This role offers the opportunity to work on Auckland’s North Shore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyable to work in.
