Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional. Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframesFollowing up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilledAssisting and directing guests with local attractions and directionsSecurely storing and delivering guest luggageAssist with and cover valet parking as required.
