Summary:

Remotivate is looking for an experienced LinkedIn Headhunter to support our recruitment projects. We specialize in helping remote-first companies find top global talent.

We’re looking for someone who is highly skilled in direct sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn — specifically using LinkedIn Recruiter Professional. You’ll be expected to identify, reach out to, and engage with high-quality candidates who match our clients’ requirements.

Requirements:

Must have LinkedIn Recruiter Professional access (not Recruiter Lite).

Proven experience in headhunting and talent sourcing, preferably for remote roles.

Strong ability to identify passive candidates and attract top talent.

Excellent written communication and professionalism.

Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Experience in sourcing for digital marketing, operations, or executive roles.

Familiarity with remote-first work environments.

Deliverables:

Conduct targeted headhunting and outreach via LinkedIn.

Use LinkedIn Recruiter Professional for advanced candidate searches.

Source and pre-screen candidates according to specific job requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with the internal recruitment team.

Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
