The Opportunity

We are expanding internationally and are seeking Franchised Partners in Azerbaijan to roll out Doctomed under a franchising agreement. This role is ideal for experienced healthcare operators or organisations that can deploy the platform locally, secure institutional partnerships, and drive market adoption — without forming a local subsidiary. The relationship is governed by a franchise contract.

Strong, demonstrable networks across healthcare providers, insurers and health authorities in Azerbaijan.

A clear vision for digital transformation in health systems and the ability to execute commercially.

The capacity to operate under a franchise agreement (commercial responsibility for local rollout, sales, onboarding and local partnerships).

What the franchise covers

Licensed access to the Doctomed platform and brand for Azerbaijan under a franchise agreement.

Full training, onboarding and ongoing product & technical support from Swiss HQ.

Marketing materials, operational playbooks and implementation toolkits to accelerate launch.

Commercial terms: franchise fees, revenue share and performance-based commissions (details provided to shortlisted candidates).

Important: Compensation structure

No salary is provided under the franchise contract. Remuneration is commercial: franchise fees, revenue share, and performance-based commissions earned from local sales and subscriptions. (Exact terms disclosed at shortlist stage.)

Ideal partner profile

7+ years senior experience in healthcare, health IT, hospital procurement or related sectors, with documented commercial successes.

Strong relationships with hospital leaders, clinic chains, insurers, or public health stakeholders in Azerbaijan.

Resident in Azerbaijan (or able to operate locally) and fluent in Azerbaijani + English.

Financial capacity to meet the franchise fee and initial operating commitments (details shared with shortlisted candidates).

Ability to mobilise local teams, sign commercial agreements with hospitals/clinics, and deliver to KPIs.
