As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional service.Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and proceduresSupervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standardsConduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are metManage staff schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiencyAddress and resolve customer issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall customer experienceImplement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulationsMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as neededPrepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations, staff performance, and any incidentsParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovationQualifications3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a related fieldProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressureSuperior verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standardsCustomer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding serviceProficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systemsKnowledge of industry-related safety regulations and proceduresAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the facilityFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a multinational or diverse work environmentRelevant industry certifications or trainingAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentIn 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
