To ensure the efficient management of company tool-of-trade vehicles (TOTV) by maintaining accurate system records,monitoring maintenance schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, reconciling billings, generating detailed fleet reports,and serving as a liaison among internal departments, end users, and 3rd party service providers to support seamless andcost-effective fleet operations.Education/Licensure/Certification:· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering,logistics, business administration, or related fieldpreferred.Work Experience/Exposure:· 1–2 years of experience in fleet management oradministrative support (experience in FMCG or foodmanufacturing is an advantage).Behavioral/Personal Excellence: · Detail oriented and strong communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical: · Strong numerical skills and ability to generate accurate and insightful reports · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fleet management software is a plus.
