This is how:What You´ll Do Coordinates the distribution of the fleet, coordinates and manages the drivers Trains and supports the company drivers Supports the executive staff in personal tasks Ensures technical operational security of company vehicles Coordinates expert and service appointments Supports cost allocation for relevant services Support Facility Operations: Handle facility tasks including maintenance Supplier & Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring supplier performance; manage inventory Administrative Support: Provide business and administrative support to the Infrastructure Manager Access & Security Management: Manage building access systems, physical security Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, IFM service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
