Currently, we are on the search for a full-time truck dispatcher to join the team, with at least 2 (two) year of experience in the industry and the US market, ideally with experience in dispatching Flatbed trucks.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicates daily with Customers, Contract Drivers, and Steamship terminals;

• Personnel, and internal service representatives, coordinating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues;

• Meet all deadline requirements and ensure all route updates occur in a timely manner;

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers;

• Work towards achieving the company’s long-term growth goals and help improve processes;

Requirements:

• At least 2 (two) years of experience in the industry and the US market;

• Excellent English speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening);

• Excellent communication and analytical skills;

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Word, Outlook);

• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment;

• Knowledge of hours of operation service (HOS);
