The Financial Statement Reporting Associate is directly responsible for the substantially accurate preparation and timely submission of the monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements of the BPI Group, Parent and Subsidiaries for Management, Board, Ayala Corp, SEC and Audit Committee in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) accounting standards.Responsibilities Prepare, analyze and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly of: financial statements, reportorial requirements, Operating Performance Analysis (OPA) of the BPI Group, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Changes in Capital Funds, schedules for audited/condensed financial statements, Accounts Receivable for regulatory bodies and management, Miscellaneous Assets/Miscellaneous Liabilities-Others for regulatory reporting, and Country-by-Country (CBC) Report for certain foreign subsidiaries. Analyze the financial statements/OPA for any abnormalities and material variances and investigate/ refer such to respective units of the BPI Group. Prepare and analyze the daily estimates of month-end statement of condition/operations of BPI Group for Management beginning 3rd week of every month.

Evaluates work processes and suggests simplification methods/straight thru processing / automation. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or accounting-related course Preferably with knowledge of accounting entries involving major bank operations/products and front-end applications and FS preparation and analysis Willing to work in Makati City
