Financial Director | Genesis Analytics

Genesis Analytics is seeking a strategic and accomplished Financial Director to lead our global finance function. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven firm operating across multiple jurisdictions, where financial leadership meets innovation and impact.

As a senior executive, you will oversee a complex, multi-entity finance environment and serve as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team. Your mandate: to ensure financial excellence, drive commercial strategy, and future-proof our finance function through digital transformation.

What You’ll Lead:

Global financial operations across multiple countries and currencies

Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Commercial teams

Strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis

️ Compliance with international contracts and multilateral grant providers

Digital evolution of finance systems, including AI and automation

Strategic partnerships and go-to-market alliances

Who You Are:

A qualified CA(SA) (or equivalent) with 10–15 years’ experience, including recent leadership in a similar role

Adept at managing complex group structures and navigating regulatory environments

Experienced in treasury, taxation, and risk management

Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Preferably based in South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius or the UK

Bonus Points:

Experience in the development sector

A passion for innovative business models and charging approaches
